How to place an order?

How much are the delivery charges?

Shipping is FREE on all Prepaid orders above Rs.499/- and in case of Cash on Delivery, shipping is Rs 100/-

What are the shipping modes?

We work with almost all courier partners in India. We ship through DELHIVERY, BLUEDART, DTDC, FEDEX, EKART, PROFESSIONAL. For areas unserviceable through them we ship through INDIA POST.

When will I receive my order?

We usually dispatch orders in 1-2 working days and it will take 4-5 days next to that to deliver your parcel (depends on your pin code).

How to track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you the Tracking Details on your Email ID.

How can I return my order?

Products cannot be returned or exchanged in any circumstance. If you have a product loss like spillage or breakage of the container, we will replace the product for you if you send us images within 24 hours of delivery.

I don’t know how to use the product. What to do?

WhatsApp us on 9354900688 with your order details. We will get in touch with you within next 24 hours.

How to test the product for skin sensitivity or allergy?

Apply the small quantity of product to the inner side of your elbow or behind your ear lobe. Wait for at least an hour, if you see any kind of allergic reaction like redness or itchiness. Do not use the product.
