Thank you for shopping with Sohava Blends. We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipping of your orders.

Order Processing 

We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be expected to be delivered within 4-5 business days.

Shipping Rates

Our delivery charges are Rs.50/- on prepaid orders and Rs.100/- in case of Cash on Delivery.

Shipping is free on all Prepaid orders above Rs.499/-.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

We work with almost all courier partners in India. We ship through DELHIVERY, BLUEDART, DTDC, FEDEX, EKART, PROFESSIONAL. For areas unserviceable through them we ship through INDIA POST.

Courier company will attempt for delivery 3 times if in any case customer is unavailable/ unreachable. After that product will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin). In that case, customer need to pay for return and reship courier charges and after that we will reship the product.

Sohava Blends Shipping Policy for COD Orders


Please note that if you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) for your order and subsequently reject the parcel upon delivery, your account will be permanently blocked from placing future COD orders on our website. We kindly request that you carefully consider your COD orders to avoid any inconvenience.

Prepaid Return Parcel Policy

If your prepaid parcel is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect contact number, incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or any other reason, you will be required to pay the delivery charges again to have the parcel re-shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
